At Candy Store, we want every bite to be a delight; however, due to the perishable nature of our sweets, we can only accept returns on unopened items or products damaged during transit. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a resolution for your order.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your candy packaging is unopened and the product is within its original shelf-life period to qualify for a return.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our sweet-support team with your order number and a photo of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Place the items securely in their original shipping box and use the prepaid return label provided by our customer service team.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned treats, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
